Rowtime Bound

An assertion about the future contents of a stream, which states that the next row in the stream will have a ROWTIME no earlier than the value of the bound. For example, if a rowtime bound is 2018-12-0223:23:07, this tells the system that the next row will arrive no earlier than 2018-12-0223:23:07. Rowtime bounds are useful in managing gaps in data flow, such as that left overnight on a stock exchange.

For more information see Rowtime Bounds in the Concepts Guide.
